It’s safe enough to use above and around the eyes and on the lips. It will not flake off when used over lipstick, so use GlitterGlam™ to take your lip makeup from pretty to POW! This water-based product was designed to meet the exacting durability standards of professional dancers. Anytime you need intense sparkle that lasts and last, Like ice skating, cheerleading, Halloween, Mardi Gras, or any other sparkly occasion, GlitterGlam™ is what you need. 
To use: Brush over eyes, lips, or anywhere you need some sparkle. Allow a couple minutes drying time.
Tips: To speed drying time, brush on in a light layer. Add a second thin layer if needed. Make custom colors by mixing any of Graftobian’s looser powdered glitter with the clear #87700 GlitterGlam™.
